2. Svasthikasana

a. Sit on the floor with your spine erect.

b. Spread your legs forward

c. Slowly, fold your left leg and place the left heel near your groin

d. Now, fold your right leg over the left leg

e. Your right leg heel should rest in the place made between the thigh and the calf of the left leg.

f. This is a comfortable asana, which can be used for meditation and japa.

3. Siddhasana

a. Sit straight with your spine erect.

b. Place your right leg on your left leg with the right heel near your groin area

c. Now, slowly place your left leg over your left leg with the heel of your left leg near the groin area.

d. The legs should be placed very neatly. Both your ankles should touch each other.

e. You can place your hands on the knee joints

f. This is a perfect asana for meditation.
